I am 51 going on 39

I have been married for 29 yrs and just recently found out that my husband had been having an affair since 2016. This information crushed me. My emotions have been all over the place! Yesterday I decided that I am just going to tell myself that the affair was fated and nobody could have done anything to make it turn out differently. Despite the fact that I am incredibly angry, sad, embarrassed, disappointed, disgusted, ashamed, worried, and brokenhearted that it happened; I also feel that there are lessons being learned, healing that is underway, questions being asked and answered with Love and Respect for each other.
